How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Apple handles all billing — Settl never sees your payment details. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Settl, and manage or cancel there. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds do too: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple ID you purchased with. Apple decides refunds, not us — but if something went wrong on our side, email us and we'll help you sort it out.

I have Premium but it isn't showing. What do I do?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with, then use Restore Purchases in Settl's Settings. New iPhone, same story — Premium follows your Apple ID, not a Settl account (there isn't one).

Premium opens the full library: all 163 practices, all 7 breathing patterns, all 3 narrators, Flows, and up to 60 minutes of personalized sessions a month.

Where is my data, and how do I delete it?

Your practice history, likes, and saved sessions live on your iPhone and in your own iCloud — there is no Settl account server. No ads, no cross-app tracking, and we don't sell your data. Analytics are anonymous, EU-hosted, and have a visible off switch in Settl's Settings.

Deleting the app removes its data from your device. For the details — including iCloud and privacy requests — see the Privacy Policy, or email us.

Is breathwork safe for me?

Settl is an educational and self-care product for general wellbeing — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Some breathing patterns can cause light-headedness; if a pattern feels uncomfortable, stop and breathe normally. Never practice where your full attention is needed — while driving, or in water.

If you have a health condition that affects your breathing, talk to your doctor before using breathwork apps — Settl included.
